AHA Combined Renewal BLS/ACLS Provider Course

This course is for Healthcare Professionals -- MD's, NP's, Physician Assistants, RN's , Paramedics, etc. who have taken an ACLS Provider Course.

Prerequisite -- Current AHA ACLS Provider Card

*All students must have a current text book. Students must complete both the Pre-course Self-Assessment and Pre-course Work (Four parts) prior to the start of the class.

This includes ECG recognition, pharmacology, application and VIDEO LESSONS. If you have not completed the Pre-course work, you will not be allowed to join the course.

The completion certificate must be dated no earlier than 6 months prior to the start of the class. 

This is a classroom based course where healthcare providers can enhance their skills in treating Adult Patients in Cardiac Arrest or other Cardiopulmonary Emergencies.

It is an Advanced Instructor led program that highlights the following:

• Importance of Team Dynamics and Communication;
• Algorithms of Care and Post-Cardiac Arrest Care;
• Care of Acute Coronary syndromes;
• Stroke syndromes;
• Advanced Airway Management;
• Pharmacology.

In this course you will be tested in group stations on skills and a Written Exam. Upon completion you will receive an American Heart Course Completion Card which is good for 2 years.

Classroom Hours - 5hrs

Please note there will be a $35.00 processing fee which will be charged to your account for ALL cancellations greater than 24 hrs. prior to class start date. If you drop the class within 24 hours of the course start date there will be no refund.
