For ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) course participants, there is a four part ACLS Self-Assessment and Video Pre-Course Work that must be completed prior to coming to class. It includes Video Lessons, ECG Recognition, Pharmacology, and Application. For ASLS (Advanced Stroke Life Support) course participants, there is a required precourse work that must be completed prior to the skills class. The ASLS precourse work can be purchased through the following link https://education.heart.org/. For health care professionals who work in the hospital there is the ASLS-Online: Inhospital Provider. There is also an ASLS-Online: Prehospital Care Provider that is available. Please contact the Training Center to schedule the ASLS Skills Class using the following email ems@maimo.org.
**ALL completion certificates regardless of discipline must be dated no earlier than 6 months prior to the start of the class.**
All Video Prework and Self Assessment completion certificates can be emailed to cong@maimo.org.
